    • Mystery boxes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items marked as “final sale.”
    • Gift cards and promotional items.

    • Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error.
  3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchanges
